Pickup at DHL Terminal

Collection of a shipment at a DHL Terminal is only possible in the Netherlands. These locations are closed in Belgium. Other DHL locations in the Benelux are closed for external visits.

Delays to Belgium

Bpost is lagging behind in delivery to consumers in Belgium due to the growth in packages and the corona measures. The shipments are sorted manually, which takes extra time.

DHL ServicePoints

DHL ServicePoint network changes a lot; openings, closings and new opening hours. That is why we decided to temporarily disable DHL ServicePoint to avoid problems.



The non-essential shops are closed. If your business recipient is closed due to COVID-19, your shipment will be returned to us. For packages to consumers, there is a huge increase in volume. Together with the corona measures, the delivery time is at least one more day. DHL will inform recipients of possible delays via track and trace.



Be aware of delays for your shipments. Many areas have been hit hard by the virus as volumes are increasing. It is now not possible to send parcels to a DHL servicepoint by closing stores.



Schools, restaurants and non-essential businesses are close. The delivery person signs for receipt. Delivery and collection in areas 3880 and 3885 is currently not possible.



Shipping to a DHL servicepoint is currently not possible. Tip: include your phone number for the local contact with DHL. The package will be offered twice. After that, the package can be picked up at a Servicepoint for another ten days, otherwise it will be returned to us.


United Kingdom

When delivering to consumers, DHL ask for the addressee's name and take a picture of the house as proof of delivery. Due to traffic jams at the Eurotunnel, delivery can be delayed by a day.

Delivery and collection in the areas 6450, 6452, 6456, 6458, 6553, 6555, 6561, 6562, 6563, 6580, 9844, 5542, 5611, 5612, 5630, 5632, 5640, 5645, 6710, 6710, 6762, 6763, 6764, 6767, 6888 is not possible. DHL will hold the shipments locally until they can go to their destination.


Czech Republic

Schools, restaurants and non-essential shops are close. DHL delivery person signs for receipt in the presence of the recipient



DHL will not deliver on Saturdays and a limited number of DHL servicepoints are closed.




We will do our best to ship the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are placed on working days before 8:00 pm, will be processed the same day. However, it does not always work for us to keep this up, sometimes products are not in stock or the order volume is too big too process, your order could take a little longer to be shipped.

Note! We are not responsible for delivering your package nor are we responsible for the damage caused by the courier. The shipping term is EXW, which means once the goods left our warehouse, it is your goods and responsible. The products will be packed as good as possible so that it will arrive safely. Arranging the pickup yourself is still highly recommended.

Order not received

In case you have not received your order, please use the Track & Trace code to track your order at the carrier. If your order is also not traceable, please contact us as soon as possible, we will be happy to help you. For a correct and trouble-free delivery, always check if the address is entered correctly.


Filled in wrong address

Filled in a wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible, mostly we can still change this. If the package is already underway with the delivery, unfortunately we cannot do anything anymore. Please keep us informed, we will do everything we can to get the package delivered.

If the package has returned to us, it is possible to resend the package. The shipping costs for resending will be charged. When canceling a returned shipment due to incorrect address, we will refund the amount exclude shipping fee.
