1 General questions
1.1 Are the products CPNP registered?

Yes, every product on our site are CPNP registered by a European Responsible Person.

 

1.2 Do you provide certificates?

No, we don’t. As a retailer it is not required to hold any certificates. Only the RP has PIF document in order to register on CPNP. In some country buyer also need to register on CPNP but you don't need the document, only the RP information is enough and we can share this information with you.

 

1.3 Do you provide product labels?

No, we don’t. 98% of the products have English text printed on the packaging. Buyer need to make sure the products are labeled properly to prevent problem with your local authority. If your country accept labels with only the RP information, then we can provide this.

 

1.4 Can you label the products for us?

No, we can't. In Europe there are too many languages and requirements for the labels, it is not possible for us to keep all the labels for each country.

 

1.5 What are Custom Terms?

LW-Wholesale is active in whole Europe. To avoid problem with the brands exclusive partners, we have to make the Custom Terms. This means that we can't offer specific products to a specific country. You will find the custom terms on the product description where the custom terms is applied.

 

 

2 Placing order
2.1 What are the MOA and MOQ?

Our MOA is €500,- excl. VAT/TAX and shipping cost per order, you can mix brands, products as long as the order amount is €500,- excl. VAT/TAX and shipping cost

For each products our MOQ is 3 pc's, which means you will have to order at least 3 pc's of each products except for sheet masks.

 

2.2 Are there any extra costs?

VAT/TAX will automatically shifted if the buyer have a valid VAT/TAX number filled in their account. If there is no VAT/TAX number detected, buyer will be charged by our local VAT/TAX which is 21%. Make sure to check your VAT/TAX number on European Commission. If you think you have a valid VAT/TAX number and our systeem still charge you VAT/TAX, kindly contact us on [email protected], we will be glad to help.

For our European Union partners, there will be no further costs like customs or import taxes because our warehouse is based in The Netherlands. All the goods will leave from our warehouse.

 

2.3 What kind of shipping methodes do you offer? and what are the cost?

We can arrange the shipping by using DHL or the buyer can arrange it themselves. For picking up the goods, please contact us on [email protected]

LW-Wholesale is not responsible for any damage or lost of your goods, after the goods left our warehouse buyer take full responsibility.

Shipping costs are not included in the price, it will be calculated at the check out page depending on the location and weight of the order. For more estimated shipping information please refer to our Shipping page.

 

2.4 Do you ship outside Europe?

We don't ship to outside Europe, the buyer from outside European countries need to arrange the shipment themselves.

3 Payment
3.1 What are the payment terms?

The full payment should be done in advance by your choice of payment methods at the checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

 

  • Bank Transfer
  • iDeal
  • Bancontact

 

For payment with Bank Transfer see the instruction below:

 

  1. Transfer the total amount including additional shipping fee to the details below

    Reference : Your order number
    If needed, the SWIFT/BIC: KNABNL2H
  2. Processing your bank transfer payment could take up to 2-4 days depending on your bank.
  3. After processing your payment you will receive a confirmation mail.
  4. Your order will be shipped to you, the Track and Trace code will be send to you the same day in the evening.

 

3.2 Is Refund and Exchanges possible?

We do not accept refund or exchanges without prior agreement. The review of a request for a refund can take up to 10 working days. Refund will result in a 20% administrative charges for the buyer. The exchange costs will also have to be covered by the buyer.
